Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prupose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the provision of coaching services, dietary consultations, kickboxing classes, and massage services offered by Nina Coaching, accessible via the website.

Description of Services

The services offered include, but are not limited to, dietary consultations (online and/or in-person), kickboxing coaching (individual or group), massage therapy, and lymphatic drainage.

The characteristics, duration, and pricing of each service are specified on the website at the time of booking.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros and may be modified at any time. However, services are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of booking.All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of VAT, except for dietary consultations, which are exempt from VAT in accordance with Article 44 of the Belgian VAT Code.
Payments are secured via the Stripe payment system. Any booking is considered confirmed once payment has been validated according to the conditions set at the time of reservation.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, clients have a right of withdrawal within 14 days, except where the service is provided immediately or scheduled to take place within this period, in which case the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled in accordance with the conditions specified at the time of booking.
Late cancellations or unjustified no-shows within the specified timeframe may result in partial or full charges for the session.

Liability

Nina Coaching undertakes to provide its services with care, professionalism, and goodwill, within the framework of coaching and personalized support.
Liability is strictly limited to the proper execution of the services provided.

No guarantee of results is given. Results may vary from person to person and depend in particular on personal commitment, lifestyle, individual circumstances, and other factors beyond the scope of the proposed support.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution.
Failing this, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable Belgian law.
