About Nina

Who is nina?

I have been a registered dietitian for over 10 years, passionate about sports and a kickboxing coach for more than 6 years. But above all, I am a woman who has always sought to challenge herself and find her own balance.

My story 

As a teenager, I didn’t feel comfortable with my eating habits or my body image. It was during that time that I discovered nutrition, and more importantly, the impact that the right kind of support can have: learning how to eat with understanding, without guilt or frustration, while still enjoying food.

This personal experience deeply shaped my path and led me to study nutrition and dietetics, so I could in turn support people who feel lost when it comes to their eating habits, their body, or their lifestyle.


Curious and passionate about languages and cultures, I enjoy creating connections beyond language barriers.
All services are available in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, ensuring a fluid, human, and personalized exchange for everyone.

MY BACKGROUND

  • Graduated in nutrition and dietetics from the Paul Lambin Institute in 2015 (specializing in overweight, obesity, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and PCOS).
  • Kickboxing & Muay Thai for over 6 years → training in Belgium, several intensive camps in Thailand and the adrenaline rush of several fights. This sport has shaped my strength, my mental attitude and my confidence.
  • Passionate about supporting people, both individually and in groups. My goal: caring coaching, focused on the well-being and progress of each person I coach, while respecting their pace.
  • Having suffered from blood and lymphatic circulation problems since a young age, I deeply understand the difficulties associated with heavy legs, edema, and water retention. It was this experience that led me to train in massage and lymphatic drainage, in order to offer a natural and effective solution.

I don’t simply offer a meal plan or a training program. I create a true transformation strategy tailored to your lifestyle, challenges, needs, and goals.

My role is not to tell you what to do, but to guide you, support you, and share the tools you need to move forward with confidence and clarity.
